What is your return policy?

We're so sorry you're not satisfied with your Cranberry Corners Gift Shop purchase! We gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged items ordered online - excluding handmade, custom pieces.  Your item's purchase price will be refunded via Paypal upon our receipt of the item and after inspecting it for damages.  Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred.  Please contact us here or at 706.864.6577 with any questions.

How long until my item ships?

In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days - often sooner.  Items ship within 5-7 business days during November and December.  For questions regarding ship time for custom orders, please click here.

Help! My item was damaged during shipping.

That stinks!  We do our best to package our items securely - unfortunately accidents occasionally happen once your shipment is in USPS hands!  Please email a photo of your damaged item to kranberrykathy@yahoo.com to get the claim process started.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Where are you located?  How long have you been in business?

Cranberry Corners has been in business since 1995!  Originally located in the buildig where Gustavo's Pizza resides today - currently Dahlonega's most eclectic mercantile is housed at 44 North Park Street in the Woodsmen of the World building.  Which was originally the town square's Post Office!

What items do you carry in your gift shop?

We're Dahlonega's most eclectic gift shop for a reason! We proudly carry Soulmate Socks, fashionable mens' and womens' hats, Mona B handbags, collegiate puzzles, jewlery, custom gift baskets, greeting cards, handmade items by North Georgia artists, antiques, gourmet food items, Irish edibles, Norah's Mill products, homegoods, pottery by Yvetta, Old Crow Soap, handcarved golf ball Santas by Jim Clement, a large selection of hand crochet items, Ty plush toys for the kiddos, a year round Christmas corner.

What sites should we check out in Dahlonega?

A hike around the Dahlonega Reservoir is always worth it!  Visiting any of the waterfalls in the area is a must.  The Dahlonega Farmer's Market in Hancock Park is a must during spring and fall!
